The ICH Symposium will take place on October 10–11, 2025, as an in-person event. Participation is only possible on-site. The registration deadline is Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Registrations received after this date will only be processed on-site. On-site registration is possible. If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. The organizing body reserves the right to make changes to the program.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to KelCon GmbH only.

Photography, filming, or audio recording during the event is prohibited without explicit permission from the organizing body. Violation may result in exclusion from the event. During the entire event, photos and videos will be taken on behalf of the organizer. By registering and entering the event premises, attendees consent to the creation and use of these recordings. The organizing body is entitled to transfer usage rights to third parties – in compliance with data protection regulations – as long as usage serves a scientific purpose and is related to the event.

No liability for damages is assumed if the organizer or KelCon GmbH is entitled or required to make changes to the event or cancel it due to force majeure, official orders, or safety concerns. The organizer, KelCon GmbH, and the venue accept no liability for slight negligence causing material or financial loss. No liability is assumed for typical and unforeseeable consequential damages – except in cases of intent. These limitations of liability also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives, agents, and third parties involved in the event. Generally, no liability is accepted for items brought or stored by attendees.

To register for the above-mentioned event, the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is necessary. This is carried out solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the event. Your data will only be shared with third parties directly involved in the event if necessary for organizational reasons.
